Duties of Editors

Decision on the Publication of Articles
The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the overall quality of the technical content of the journal and for overseeing the review process to ensure thorough, fair, and timely publication.
The Editor-in-Chief periodically reviews the scope of the journal, consults with the Journal Council, and makes proper recommendations. The other responsibilities are as stated below:

  • The Editor should ensure that the papers published are within the scope of the Journal.
  • The Editor will be responsible for overseeing the editorial review process.
  • The Editor will seek opportunities to promote the Journal.
  • The Editor will provide the Journal Council with appropriate information about the editorial activities of the Journal.
  • The Editor may select guest editor(s) for publication of any special thematic issue of the Journal as and when required.
